our final

Final.  That word sounds so... well, final.

The truth is, learning's never over.  We're just going to take an hour at the end of the week to see what we've learned so far.

So: what have you learned so far?

    I tink diction and syntax is worth remembering the words used and the way words are arranged i tink with the understanding of both meanings of those words you can become a better reader and writer the attributes of a scholar.

    The three of us that are here at the table agree, the Pedestrian should be Covered. I personally think that Young Goodman Brown and Earth on Turtle's back should be revisited(I just noticed, you rally seem to enjoy Short Stories with the theme of Fantasy, All of Bradbury's works, YGB, EOTB, and the story about Bacca).

    All the reading that we did because we can relate to all the stories and compare them together and see what the ll have in common, to see there mood, tone, synax, and more that is what i think we should remember and review for the final.

    I think we should have a study guide for "Young good Man Brown" and "The Pedestrian" just how we did for "The Sound of Thunder" Because it did make me concentrate better while reading.

    In my opinion we should go over a little about each of the stories we have read, most definitely syntax & diction, since we have to always give examples of them on our essays. Also we need to have examples of well written essays because sometimes we tend to repeat ourselves a lot through out the paragraph so we need to see examples or practice more.

    I think we should go over how to start an essay , like there's many moments where we just sit there & just waste time trying to find an intro that will catch the eye of the reader , and then you look up & see you only have 5 min left ...
