This is the most dumbest thing EVER . Just because someone doesn't want you to graduate ; doesn't mean your not going to graduate . Your not suppose to let something stop you from doing what you want to do .
In the past couple of years Chicago has been huge in crime rate and had one of the highest number of homicides in 1 year. Considering the fact that someone still wants to make a change in the city by requiring students to enlist in something positive that can benefit their future coming from somewhere where opportunities aren't available I kind of like it.
I totally agree with you, requiring students to enlist in something positive that benefit's their future is important, but I would like to add to that, do you think there can be another way to do that like raising the standards for graduation.
